Brand Activation Associate

About the Role

Cleveland Canvass runs live campaign activations across Greater Cleveland at retail locations, shopping centers, local events, and exhibitions. This is a hands-on promotional role where you will represent client campaigns in person and bring in new customers and supporters.

The Work Itself

On a typical day you will:

• Set up and maintain promotional stands, signage, and displays.
• Start conversations with customers at retail, event, and promotional sites across the Greater Cleveland area.
• Explain products, services, and current campaign offers, and answer questions accurately.
• Guide interested customers through the buying decision.
• Work toward daily and weekly goals, individually and as part of the team.

Local travel between working locations is part of the job.

• Structured training program covering product knowledge, process, and campaign execution.
• One-to-one mentorship.
• Ongoing coaching and direct feedback.

As you develop, there is scope to learn what leading others involves: supporting newer team members, delegating on campaign days, taking ownership of results.
