About the Role
Electro is a sports nutrition company focused on functional electrolyte gum. NIL partnerships are central to our growth, with college athletes playing a key role in brand promotion. This is an unpaid internship. The intern will help scale college athlete outreach by managing athlete communications, tracking interactions in our CRM, and representing the brand within our partner community. College credit can be earned for this internship. This role is fully remote and flexible around your class schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand professionally and positively in every communication.
- Document athlete outreach in our CRM with clear notes and follow-up dates.
- Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal guidelines.
- Recruit new athlete partners and guide them through onboarding.
- Assist with planning NIL campaigns around key dates in the college sports calendar.
- Keep the athlete partner database accurate, current, and easy to use.
- Manage daily follow-ups with athletes to keep partnerships progressing.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications
- Interest in sports, NIL, or athlete marketing (preferred).
- Students in sports management, marketing, or communications are encouraged to apply.
