About the Role
Assure Clinic is seeking a full-time, on-site Hair Transplant Doctor for their clinic in Bengaluru. This role is specifically for MBBS Freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior specialists in conducting patient consultations.
- Perform hair loss assessments.
- Document medical histories and treatment plans.
- Support hair transplant procedures under supervision.
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms.
- Monitor pre- and post-procedure care.
- Counsel patients on treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the dermatology and nursing teams.
Qualifications
- Completed MBBS from a recognized and accredited medical college.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate Medical Council.
- Foundational clinical skills, including patient examination, history taking, diagnosis of common hair and scalp conditions, and basic dermatology exposure.
- Interest and aptitude in aesthetic medicine and hair transplant techniques.
- Willingness to undergo intensive training in FUE/FUT and related procedures.
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow precise protocols and sterile techniques.
- Ethical, patient-centered approach with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to work in a team-based clinical environment.
- Ability to adapt to structured processes and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills for electronic medical records and documentation.
- Proficiency in local languages and English is an advantage.
- Prior internship or observership experience in dermatology, trichology, or cosmetology clinics is preferred but not mandatory.
