Electric Vehicle Technology Trainer (Part-Time, Remote)
About the Role
SkillDzire is seeking a part-time remote Electric Vehicle Technology Trainer to deliver online sessions on core EV concepts, components, and systems to engineering students and early-career professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
- Conduct interactive lectures and demonstrations.
- Guide learners through projects or assignments.
- Evaluate learner progress through assessments and feedback.
- Collaborate with the SkillDzire team to update content based on industry trends.
- Ensure learning outcomes match current EV industry standards.
- Respond to learner queries.
- Support doubt-clearing sessions.
- Maintain a professional and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills for creating structured, industry-relevant EV training content.
- Training and Education experience in delivering technical subjects, preferably in Electric Vehicle or Automotive/Powertrain domains.
- Strong Communication skills for explaining complex engineering concepts in a virtual classroom.
- Solid foundation in Electric Vehicle technologies (battery systems, motors, power electronics, charging infrastructure) and related engineering disciplines.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, digital presentation tools, and remote learner engagement techniques.
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules, and meet training timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience with engineering students is highly beneficial.
