Job Summary

As a Male Hair Stylist at Reeora, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair care, cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to male clientele. You will build strong relationships with clients, stay updated on the latest male grooming trends, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Hair Styling & Cutting: Perform precision haircuts, fades, beard trims, shaves, styling, and hair coloring tailored to client preferences and face shapes.
• Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their style goals, hair type, and routine, offering expert recommendations.
• Hair Care & Treatments: Administer scalp treatments, hair spas, conditioning treatments, and technical chemical services (perms, straightening, coloring) safely and effectively.
• Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional, welcoming customer service experience to build a loyal repeat client base.
• Product Knowledge: Recommend and cross-sell professional hair care and grooming products based on individual client needs.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment comply with health and safety standards.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on emerging male hair trends, grooming techniques, and industry innovations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Hair Stylist / Barber specializing in male grooming.
• Education/Certification: Professional diploma or certification in Hairdressing, Barbering, or Cosmetology.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern and classic haircutting techniques, razor line-ups, beard grooming, and chemical hair treatments.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a polished, professional presentation.
• Punctuality & Reliability: Strong time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a high-traffic salon setting.
