About the Role
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Start your career in early childhood education.
- Work alongside experienced teachers in classrooms for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and routines.
- Engage with infants through play, interaction, and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Help with feeding, diaper changes, naps, and daily care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom.
- Support children's social and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school leadership.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine love for children and a nurturing personality.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and a team player.
- Ability to meet Pennsylvania childcare background check, clearance, and health requirements.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs., including lifting infants into and out of cribs.
- No prior childcare experience required; training will be provided.
