About the Role
Entry-level software development position working within a product team. The role focuses on programming, application/server support, call-center software enhancements, new feature onboarding, testing, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, code, configure, test, and support applications in a call center environment
- Programming and internal user support
- Manage/develop applications and servers and perform data analysis
- Implement enhancements and onboard new software features
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Work with stakeholders and follow Agile development practices
- Maintain required technical documentation
Requirements & Tech Stack
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, ASP.NET, C#, jQuery, SQL
- Tools/Preferred: Visual Studio 2022, Sublime Text, SourceTree, GitHub
- AWS preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years in programming/software development and Agile.
- Recent graduates are acceptable if they have a relevant IT/software internship.
- Only USC or GCH
- 100% onsite – no remote
- No current or future visa sponsorship.
