Associate Electrical Engineer

Position Overview

Seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to perform engineering design and oversee the manufacture, construction, and installation of shipboard electrical systems, specifically in the areas of power distribution, automation, control systems, and electronics.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration and development of calculations, system level diagrams, I/O schedules, functional design diagrams, and termination drawings.
• Support all production and testing activities.
• Coordinate and integrate with primary system and multiple subsystem manufacturers to ensure proper and complete interface among all systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering OR equivalent four years Electrical Design Experience.
• Familiarity with CFR, ABS, NVIC, USCG, MIL-STD, IEEE rules, and other applicable regulations.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with various one-lines, wiring diagrams, and schedules.
