Management Trainee

About the Role

Start your career with Enterprise Mobility in our respected Management Training Program. This position is located in Flagstaff, Arizona (86001, 86002, 86004, 86011).

Key Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and an operational expert behind the scenes.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put customers first.
• Establish community relationships essential to building business.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no work authorization sponsorship required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in any of the following:
• Sales: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
• Leadership within military, athletics/team activities, or academic organizations.
