About the Role
The Management Trainee Program is a 24-week, hands-on job experience designed for recently graduated or soon-to-be graduating seniors. The program offers the opportunity to join a team, expand experience, and actively participate in all areas of Dayton Freight's operations. Trainees will gain knowledge of the Company, culture, and the Transportation Industry. The program also educates individuals on future-based leadership skills to prepare them for management positions within the company upon completion.

Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
- Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
- Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
Starting Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year (base compensation only).
