CSG Talent is seeking motivated and results-driven individuals for a Graduate Recruiter position. This role is part of a specialized training program designed to develop skills in executive search. Successful candidates will join an agile, people-centric team.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply practical skills in headhunting, advertising, sales, negotiating, pitching, and account management.
• Place high-level candidates into senior jobs globally.
• Engage in group discussions, role-play, and team exercises.
• Learn on the job and from experienced colleagues and the L&D team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sales role experience: Proven track record of success, meeting and exceeding targets, working to daily KPIs, and accountability for own performance.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales or business development role after graduation.
• People skills: Natural flair for relationship building and strong communication skills.
• Proactive approach: Desire to learn and succeed in the market.
• Resilience: Ability to recover from setbacks.
• Team player: Collaborative approach to growth.
