Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with booking and rental processes.
- Provide clear information about services, pricing, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and handle complaints.
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams.
- Document customer interactions in internal systems.
- Support customers during vehicle pickup and return.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Customer service and customer support skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
- Customer satisfaction and customer experience focus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Comfort using booking platforms, CRM tools, and email applications.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Calm, professional approach in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
- Willingness to work weekends or shift-based schedules if required.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles (mobility, travel, or retail) is an advantage.
