About the Role
This is a contract, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. As a Forward Deployed Engineer (Customer-Embedded Technical Expert), you will work closely with customer teams to design, implement, and support data- and AI-driven software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate back-end services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in live environments.
- Optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Provide hands-on guidance on best practices and architecture.
- Document solutions.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CodeSizzler’s delivery methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
- Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and integration with cloud services.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and ability to apply them in scalable, maintainable code.
- Experience collaborating directly with customers or cross-functional teams in a technical consulting or embedded engineering role.
- Familiarity with Data and AI concepts, such as data pipelines, analytics, or machine learning integration, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly, adapt to changing requirements, and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
