Video Editor/Graphic Designer Intern

About the Role

Innovya Technologies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer Intern comfortable working on both video editing and graphic design. This role involves creating engaging videos, reels, social media creatives, promotional graphics, and other digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content for social media.
• Add transitions, subtitles, music, effects, and basic motion graphics to videos.
• Create social media posts, banners, thumbnails, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
• Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and dimensions.
• Work with brand guidelines, colours, fonts, and visual styles.
• Support content creation for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for content requirements.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver creatives within timelines.
• Organize and maintain project files, raw footage, and design assets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic designing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Good understanding of social media content formats.
• Basic understanding of typography, colour combinations, layout, and branding.
• Ability to create both static creatives and video content.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and improve based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Students, freshers, or recent graduates interested in Video Editing and Graphic Designing.
• Candidates who are comfortable working on both design and video editing tasks.
• Candidates with personal projects, portfolio work, certifications, internships, or practical experience will be preferred.
