Sales Managers – Multiple Locations
Locations: Delhi | Mumbai | Hyderabad
About the Role
Roach Hospitality is seeking dedicated, dynamic, and result-oriented Sales Managers to represent its hotel portfolio, develop corporate business, and strengthen its presence in key markets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, supporting multiple locations. The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective and existing clients.
- Present hospitality offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts.
- Participate in local market events to strengthen brand visibility and partnerships.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in hospitality or related service industries.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, stakeholder engagement, and account retention.
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop territory plans, and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present proposals and close deals confidently.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple locations and priorities.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting dashboards to track performance and pipeline.
- Willingness to travel as required to Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and other locations for client meetings and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, inclusive approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
