About the Role

As the Unternehmensinhaber (Company Owner) of PT. ANZAWARA SATRIA, you will bear overall responsibility for the company's strategy, business development, and sustainable growth. You will steer corporate objectives, oversee the performance of mining and logistics activities, and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Align with the management team.
• Evaluate investment and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain key relationships with business partners, authorities, and local communities.
• Monitor financial stability and risk management.
• Represent the company externally.
• Make strategic decisions for the advancement of technologies, processes, and market positioning.

Qualifications

• Sound leadership skills and experience in corporate governance, ideally within the mining or resource sector.
• Strong abilities in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships (authorities, business partners, investors, local communities).
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and risk management.
• Understanding of safety, environmental, and compliance standards in mining.
• Commitment to promoting responsible and sustainable practices.
• Completed university degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Mining, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in senior leadership roles.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad.
