About the Role
The Pathfinder Global Initiative is LESSO's flagship program to cultivate future international leaders. This program recruits enterprising young talents and trains them in China, followed by a promotion to sales manager in a foreign country. For this role, the trainee will be based in Skokie, IL.
Key Responsibilities
- To be trained in China for six weeks under the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
- Upon graduation from the program, return to Skokie, IL to be our sales manager.
- Leverage the Group’s resources to develop local business in Skokie, IL.
- Manage a local team of 10.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficient in Chinese.
- Familiar with a metropolitan area in the US (Skokie, IL), preferably holding a degree from a university in this area.
- Eagerness to learn, capable of mastering the LESSO products in a short period of time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Potential to lead LESSO’s operations in Skokie, IL.
Qualifications
- Degree from a university in the Skokie, IL area is preferred.
