About the Role

This posting is for all new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) completing their program by December 2026. As a new graduate RN, you'll join a mission-driven team at Wilson Medical Center, a 294-bed facility with a 55+ year history of serving Wilson County and surrounding communities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current NC RN license or eligibility to practice in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
• Diploma in Nursing, ADN, or higher from an accredited program
• 0-6 months RN experience
• American Heart Association BLS required
• ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP required within 6 months of hire (based on unit placement)
