About the Role
Printing Nest is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join their fast-paced creative team. This role offers the opportunity to learn graphic design and print production, work with customers, and be part of a team where your work is utilized.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers bring their ideas to life
- Learn graphic design and print production
- Work with professional printers and equipment
- Answer phones, emails, and assist walk-in customers
- Help create signs, stickers, apparel, banners, and more
- Build real customer service and communication skills

Requirements & Tech Stack
- No Adobe Illustrator experience required; training will be provided.

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $17–$30/hour
- Hours: 20–30 hours/week with flexible scheduling around school
