About the Role
Biorce is seeking Graduate Trainees for its first Graduate Rotation Program, based in our Barcelona & Austin hubs. This program offers hands-on experience contributing to real projects across various Biorce teams, exploring how different functions contribute to improving clinical trials. The goal is to help you build practical skills, discover your strengths, and begin a career at the intersection of AI and patient care. Rotations may include Commercial, Engineering, Scientific, Product, Operations, and Marketing.

We are seeking curious, proactive recent graduates interested in AI, improving patients' lives, and trying new things. We value potential, how you approach challenges, asking thoughtful questions, following through on commitments, and enjoying problem-solving with others.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to day-to-day work and projects within rotation teams.
- Learn how different functions collaborate to develop and deliver Biorce’s products and services.
- Research topics, analyze information, and share findings to aid team decision-making.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, communicate progress, and request support when needed.
- Bring fresh ideas and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Seek feedback, apply learnings, and build skills throughout the program.
Requirements
- A recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- An interest in AI and its potential to improve healthcare and clinical research.
- Clear communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with an international team.
- A proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and taking responsibility.
- Flexibility to work across different teams and adapt to new tasks and priorities.
- Availability to work from our Barcelona hub.
