About the Role

At Luxuriate Management, Retail Marketing Specialists build customer relationships, represent clients, and support the execution of marketing and sales strategies. This role involves working directly with customers to understand their needs, communicate client products and services, and create positive experiences to strengthen customer relationships and brand awareness for retail partners. This position is fully on-site at our Charlotte office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of customer-focused marketing strategies.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product and service recommendations.
• Represent clients and their brands in a professional and positive manner.
• Support customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to execute targeted customer engagement strategies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, promotions, and campaign objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing/sales, communication, leadership, and business development.
