About the Role

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Full-Time Cashier to assist customers during checkout and uphold brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Complete transactions quickly and accurately.
• Offer the Protection Plan on eligible products.
• Offer the credit card on all customer transactions.
• Assist the team with tasks such as putting away product and executing price changes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer service experience is admired but not required.
• Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
• Service-focused mindset.
• Spanish Language Skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Full-time position.
• Employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for paid holidays and paid time off.
• Stores are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Reduced hours on five other federal holidays.
