About the Role
Start your career with Enterprise Mobility in our respected Management Training Program. This position is located at: 2601 S FEDERAL HWY FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33316.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
- Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch.
- Cultivate new business and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish community relationships essential to building business.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Learn to always put customers first.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 6-months experience in any of the following:
- Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
- Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
