Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily monitoring of key business metrics.
• Rapidly respond to metric fluctuations, conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes of anomalies and core contributing dimensions.
• Support the execution of ad-hoc analysis projects.
• Own cross-team communication, progress tracking and coordination to ensure analysis insights are effectively implemented.
• Take part in sampling evaluation of accounts (UID) or post content to support data quality monitoring and performance assessment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficient in SQL; able to independently write queries and process data.
• Self-motivated, quick-thinking and fast learner.
• Hardworking, reliable and willing to take on challenging tasks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present analytical logic and conclusions.
• Available for at least 4 working days per week for a minimum of 3 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s student or above majoring in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related fields with solid foundations in mathematical statistics.
• Prior experience in project management or cross-team collaboration is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, ECharts, etc.)
• Data analysis experience on content platforms
• Prior internship experience in growth teams at top-tier internet companies
