About the Role

This is an entry-level opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to gain practical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work directly with production teams, solve manufacturing challenges, and contribute to new product launches. The role offers the freedom to explore different areas of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the installation, sequencing, and optimization of machines, workstations, tools, and production equipment.
• Analyze process data, including cycle times, measurements, test results, and trends, to identify improvements.
• Support engineering and production teams in resolving manufacturing and production problems.
• Conduct process inspections and support continuous improvement across assembly, welding, machining, and other operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CNC equipment, welding processes, Lean Manufacturing, or similar technical areas.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Civil, Aeronautical Engineering, or Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited program.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with production teams.
• Practical mechanical aptitude with a genuine interest in hands-on problem-solving and manufacturing.
