New Client Engagement
Gartner
About the Role
The Client Success team operates with a "Client for Life" philosophy, aiming to ensure every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates in this role are responsible for understanding and surfacing client business priorities, breaking down challenges, and identifying effective ways to support clients in making critical business decisions. This role involves articulating Gartner's value to prospective clients, onboarding new and upgraded clients, proving the concept of Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement with products.
New Client Engagement (NCE) is a fast-paced, dynamic business unit within the Client Success Organization. NCE comprises two functions: Client Onboarding and Insights Platform Walkthrough.
- Client Onboarding: Focuses on providing a customized experience for new and upgraded clients.
- Insights Platform Walkthrough: Provides pre-sale demonstrations of Gartner resources, including the gartner.com platform, to prospects as part of the sales process.
The NCE team leverages Gartner assets and the gartner.com platform to deliver a valuable client experience, beginning with a prospect demonstration by an NCE Insights Platform Walkthrough specialist, followed by an extensive client onboarding by an NCE Client Onboarding Specialist, and transitioning to a service delivery associate for ongoing support. This role requires applying strategic thinking and relationship building to help executives solve their most pressing business challenges, understanding their critical initiatives, aligning Gartner research and expertise, and contributing to Gartner's growth.
