About the Role
Start your career with Enterprise Mobility! We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located in Round Rock (78664), Pflugerville (78660), Georgetown (78626), Cedar Park (78613), and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Learn what it means to always put our customers first.
- Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Minimum of six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
