About the Role

Campus hiring at Pickyourtrail focuses on building a long-term talent engine, particularly for Sales and Business roles through campuses. We are looking for someone who has led high-volume hiring, built strong university partnerships, and knows how to attract graduate talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own the campus hiring strategy with a primary focus on Sales and Business hiring, supporting other graduate hiring needs.
• Drive end-to-end campus recruitment, from identifying colleges and building partnerships to hiring and onboarding talent.
• Build long-term relationships with placement cells, faculty, and student communities across South India.
• Plan and execute year-round campus engagement initiatives to strengthen the Pickyourtrail employer brand.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring demand and build scalable graduate talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing campus hiring or bulk graduate hiring, preferably for Sales, Business, Customer Experience, or high-volume roles.
• Strong relationships with placement teams across engineering, arts, and management colleges, especially in South India.
• Experience building employer branding and campus engagement programs.
• Ability to build new initiatives from scratch and thrive in high-ownership environments.
• Passion for shaping the careers of young talent and building long-term university partnerships.
