About the Role

The Member role is a contract, on-site position at Samyama® in Mumbai. The Member will support day-to-day operations by interacting with clients, gathering documentation, and coordinating consultation appointments for visa, immigration, education, passport, and OCI services.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Hindi or other regional languages knowledge is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members on-site in Mumbai.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of office productivity tools and online platforms for research and communication.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles, education counseling, travel services, or immigration-related work is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th grade) or equivalent.
• A graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
