About the Role

The Logistics Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations and ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising a team, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Resolving operational issues as they arise.
• Coordinating dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Managing inventory records.
• Ensuring warehouse processes follow company standards and safety guidelines.
• Communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Addressing service concerns.
• Supporting process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills (team leadership, task allocation, performance monitoring).
• Effective Communication skills.
• Operations Management skills (logistics workflows, scheduling, process compliance).
• Customer Service skills (handling inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining client relationships).
• Inventory Management skills (tracking stock levels, maintaining records, supporting accurate dispatch and storage).
• Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and inventory systems is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is an advantage.
