The Research Assistant role is a full-time position based in the Greater Delhi Area with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of research projects.
• Conduct literature reviews.
• Collect and organize data.
• Perform basic data analysis.
• Prepare research materials.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and summaries of findings.
• Coordinate with team members.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with research protocols.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes.

Qualifications

• Research and Analytical Skills to support study design, data collection, and interpretation of findings.
• Effective Communication skills to prepare clear reports, presentations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Laboratory Skills where applicable, including adherence to safety protocols and accurate record-keeping.
• Data Analysis skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets or statistical tools for organizing and summarizing data.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Science, Social Sciences, Data Science, or related disciplines) is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic research methodologies, documentation practices, and ethical standards in research is beneficial.
• Comfort with digital tools and productivity software.
• Willingness to learn new systems and methods as needed.
