The Co-Founder will play a central role in defining RectiFire’s vision, business model, and go-to-market strategy while overseeing day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, involving close collaboration with other founding members to set priorities, allocate resources, and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting market and customer research
• Refining product and service offerings
• Leading initiatives in business development, sales, and marketing
• Representing the company in meetings with partners, clients, and investors
• Building a strong brand and strategic relationships
• Creating operational processes
• Hiring and mentoring early team members
• Monitoring performance metrics
• Ensuring the company remains aligned with its long-term goals

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess markets, interpret data, and support strategic decision-making
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present ideas clearly, and represent the company externally
• Sales and Marketing skills to develop go-to-market plans, acquire customers, and grow revenue
• Leadership and team-building capabilities, including the ability to mentor others, manage conflict, and foster a collaborative culture
• Resilience, adaptability, and a founder mindset, with a willingness to take responsibility, manage risk, and work in a fast-changing environment
• Ideally prior startup, entrepreneurship, or business management experience
• Ideally a relevant academic background in business, marketing, or Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
