About the Role

The Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, associated with NIT Warangal’s academic and campus activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in institutional initiatives.
• Support department or committee tasks.
• Contribute to events, projects, and programs that enhance the student and campus experience.
• Attend meetings.
• Collaborate on academic or co-curricular activities.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, or student-led initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication.
• Follow institutional guidelines.
• Actively engage in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• May involve data collection, documentation, and reporting to support continuous improvement of institutional processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, meetings, and campus activities in a structured manner.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for supporting projects, evaluating information, and contributing to data-driven decisions.
• Basic proficiency in digital tools and office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) for documentation and coordination.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and ethical conduct in academic or organizational settings.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area and participate in campus-based initiatives as required.
• Relevant academic background (such as enrollment in or completion of a degree program) and prior involvement in institutional or student organizations is an advantage.
