About the Role

As an Owner at Krutrim, you will provide strategic leadership, set long-term vision, and drive the overall growth and direction of the organization. You will oversee key business functions including product strategy, market positioning, customer experience, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with Krutrim’s mission of building India-native AI cloud infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Guiding executive teams.
• Making high-impact investment and partnership decisions.
• Reviewing performance metrics.
• Ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Engaging with major customers, ecosystem partners, and stakeholders across industry and government to strengthen Krutrim’s role in India’s AI and cloud landscape.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML ecosystems, and modern software architectures, including compute, storage, networking, and security.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic management skills, with experience guiding executive teams and scaling technology businesses.
• Proven track record in business development, partnerships, and stakeholder management across enterprises, startups, and public-sector institutions.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation, with the ability to balance growth, profitability, and risk.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company to customers, investors, and regulators.
• Experience in the Indian technology market or similar high-growth environments.
• Prior founder, co-founder, or C-level experience is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to building inclusive teams, fostering innovation, and maintaining high ethical and governance standards.
