About the Role
Minexa Realty is seeking a full-time, on-site Presales professional based in Pune City. This role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their property requirements and present suitable real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients.
- Understand client property requirements.
- Present suitable real estate solutions.
- Qualify leads.
- Conduct initial consultations.
- Prepare and deliver property presentations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support closures.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Assist in market research.
- Assist in competitor analysis.
- Prepare proposals and supporting materials to strengthen business opportunities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in basic office software.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City.
- Ability to collaborate within a team.
- Ability to maintain a professional, ethical approach to client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Presales and Consulting skills.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Solid Analytical Skills.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property consulting, or business development is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
