Enterprise Mobility is hiring for our Management Training Program. This program offers a career path with opportunities in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations.
Location: Plymouth, MI
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
- Act as an operational expert.
- Master skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Build community relationships.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Prioritize customer needs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelors degree or within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors degree.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
- No DWI/DUI convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following:
- Sales: commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
- Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
- Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
- Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
