Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and an operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Engage with the community to establish relationships essential to building business.
• Excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Learn to prioritize customer needs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelors degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors degree.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas:
• Sales: Commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
• Customer service: In a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
• Athletic participation: As an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
• Leadership: In the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
