About the Role
Start your career with Enterprise Mobility in our Management Training Program. This position is located in one of our offices near North Hills/Ross Township, PA 15237.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
- Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch.
- Cultivate new business and develop your team.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Learn to put customers first.
- Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building business.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug, alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales (e.g., commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality industry, military, athletics/team activities, community/social/academic organizations).
