Key Responsibilities
- Story making and post creation.
- Developing monthly content calendars and ensuring timely execution as per calendar schedules.
- Applying creative thinking for the development of fresh design concepts.
- Creating marketing materials, including posters, banners, social media posts, and other collateral.
- Maintaining and updating design archives and liaising with internal teams for design requirements.
- Awareness of Proper Reporting.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut
- Knowledge of Colour Theory, Typography, and Image Manipulation techniques
- Perspective of designing & visual storytelling
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities
Skills that are negotiable and considered a plus:
- Understanding of UI & UX principles
- Experience with Midjourney & Freepik
