Role Overview

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to manage patient enquiries generated through digital advertising campaigns. The role involves engaging prospective patients, scheduling appointments, providing timely reminders, and conducting post-treatment customer care calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact leads received through digital advertising campaigns.
• Understand the patient’s requirements and provide basic information about relevant dental services.
• Follow up consistently with leads and encourage them to schedule a consultation.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments based on the clinic’s availability.
• Send reminders or make confirmation calls before scheduled appointments.
• Follow up with patients who missed or postponed their appointments and reschedule them.
• Conduct post-treatment calls to check on the patient’s recovery and overall experience.
• Escalate clinical concerns or complaints to the dentist or clinic manager.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, and lead status.
• Coordinate closely with the reception, clinical, and marketing teams.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate professionally at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, or appointment scheduling.
• Experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare environment is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Clear, polite, and patient-friendly telephone etiquette.
• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.
• Good coordination and time-management skills.
• Empathetic approach when communicating with patients.
