About the Role

Lanson Toyota is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join their Chennai Sales Team. This is a field-based sales role involving direct customer interaction, lead generation, vehicle enquiries, test-drive coordination, and participation in customer engagement activities. The primary responsibility is automobile sales and converting prospective customers into Toyota customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new customer leads through field activities and direct customer interaction.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Toyota vehicles.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Coordinate vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Attend sales and customer engagement events conducted at malls, colleges, corporate locations, and exhibitions.
• Generate enquiries and leads from events and field activities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers through calls and direct meetings.
• Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, finance options, and offers to customers.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with the showroom team for booking, documentation, and vehicle delivery.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication and customer-handling ability.
• Willingness to travel locally within Chennai for field activities.
• Interest in sales and the automobile industry.
• Energetic, confident, and willing to learn.
• Male candidates preferred for this field-based position.

Qualifications

• Any Degree / Any Specialization.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with arrears/backlogs can also apply.
• Academic percentage is not a barrier.
• Candidates with career gaps may also be considered.
