Graduate Engineering Trainee

About the Role

• Full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for work from home.
• Support engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing and mechanical engineering activities.
• Participate in process improvement and optimization projects.
• Support project planning and execution under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Collect and analyze technical and operational data.
• Prepare reports and documentation.
• Help ensure engineering solutions align with business, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Learn company tools and methodologies.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and quality-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and support process and performance improvements.
• Basic Project Management abilities to assist in planning, tracking tasks, and meeting timelines.
• Foundational knowledge in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to support design, process, and operations activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow safety and quality standards, and work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Office proficiency.
• Basic engineering software tools (e.g., CAD or simulation tools) is an advantage.
• Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing, process optimization, or industrial systems is beneficial.
