About the Role
NoBroker is seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Customer Advisors to join our Real Estate Field Sales team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to understand their property requirements.
- Present suitable property options and arrange site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and drive conversions.
- Achieve sales targets and close deals successfully.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 6 months+ experience in real estate sales on field.
- Experience with builders, channel partners (CP), or property sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to meet customers and conduct property site visits.
- A target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales closures.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales and a strong drive to succeed.
