About the Role

The Business Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at Bank of Baroda in Hazaribag. The role involves supporting daily branch-level activities related to selling and servicing life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, explain policy options, and assist with applications and documentation.
• Track leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and service interactions.
• Coordinate with branch staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Contribute to business targets through effective customer engagement.
• Participate in training programs.
• Report performance metrics.
• Help improve customer experience at the branch.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and support decision-making.
• Finance and Business knowledge to understand life insurance products, banking operations, and market dynamics.
• Effective Communication skills to explain products clearly, build trust, and collaborate with branch teams.
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a positive branch experience.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and digital tools used in banking and insurance operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in banking, insurance, or financial services.
• Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
