About the Role

The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time remote position supporting HR operations across Talent Tasker’s global freelance marketplace. The intern will assist with maintaining HR records, helping implement HR policies, and supporting personnel management for internal team members and contracted staff where applicable. The intern will collaborate closely with HR leadership to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating onboarding activities.
• Assisting with employee benefits administration.
• Responding to HR-related inquiries from team members.
• Gathering data for HR reports.
• Supporting compliance documentation.
• Contributing to HR process improvements and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with interest in developing practical experience in a professional setting.
• Understanding or coursework related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to support documentation and basic administration.
• Exposure to Personnel Management concepts, including onboarding, employee records, and general HR support activities.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
• Comfort with digital tools and HR systems (e.g., spreadsheets, HRIS, collaboration platforms); experience with remote collaboration tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in HR, talent management, or freelance workforce trends; prior internship or project experience in HR or administration is beneficial.
