About the Role
KreditBee is building an AI platform to enable teams to ship Gen AI features safely and at scale, covering retrieval, agent workflows, model serving, evaluation, and guardrails. Reliability, consistency, and auditability are critical due to the regulated consumer-lending business environment. This platform is foundational for the organization to become AI-native.
Role Tracks
- Software / Platform Track: Focuses on building reliable, well-designed distributed systems for:
- Model serving and orchestration
- RAG pipelines and gateways
- Observability
- Self-improving loops
- Running agents at scale for millions of customers.
- ML / Applied-AI Track: Focuses on making models work in production for:
- Retrieval quality
- Prompting and agent design
- Evaluation
- Fine-tuning
- Voice bots
- In-app assistants
- Ad designers
- Production-grade AI/ML systems.
Hiring Levels
KreditBee hires across all levels from Junior to Staff, with a consistent engineering bar and growing scope.
- Junior (0 - 2 yrs): Ships well-scoped work, strong fundamentals.
- Mid (2 - 5 yrs): Owns features end-to-end.
- Senior (5+ yrs): Owns systems and reliability, mentors, drives design.
- Staff / Lead: Sets technical direction and makes long-horizon bets.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design).
- A track record of shipping software in production.
- Experience with LLMOps / MLOps tooling, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks.
- Nice to have: Fintech / lending / payments or other regulated-domain experience.
- Nice to have: Open-source contributions or AI/ML side projects.
