Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, handle, and process biological samples for mass spectrometry analysis and DNA sequencing workflows.
• Assess sample acceptability and maintain accurate sample and project records.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks, databases, inventory records, and related documentation.
• Support laboratory quality control, safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Organize daily laboratory work according to project priorities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve laboratory procedures and maintain reliable, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related life science field.
• For candidates without a degree in Medical Technology, at least one year of relevant molecular technology experience, or comparable skills and knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow laboratory procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and manage daily responsibilities effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $42,000–$65,000.
