Quality Engineer, Only from Telecom Infra

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role focused exclusively on telecom infrastructure and tower maintenance, based in Indore.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect tower construction and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to relevant quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Perform quality audits at sites.
• Review work reports and checklists.
• Verify materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with project and maintenance teams to resolve non-conformities.
• Document quality issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement in tower maintenance processes and telecom site operations.
• Collaborate with civil and electrical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure all passive infrastructure work meets required performance and reliability criteria.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management.
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor quality processes for telecom tower and site maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
• Experience in site inspections, testing, documentation, and compliance with industry standards and safety norms.
• Proven capability in maintaining Product Quality for telecom passive infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality plans.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and a focus on safety and compliance.
• Willingness to work on-site at multiple tower locations in and around Indore.
• Willingness to travel as required for inspections.
• Knowledge of telecom tower structures, passive infrastructure components, and basic electrical and civil works used in telecom sites.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical background in telecommunications, civil, or electrical engineering, or related field.
• Diploma or degree in engineering or technology is preferred.
• Experience in the telecom infrastructure or tower maintenance industry is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with Indian regulatory and safety standards is an advantage.
