Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and actively engage college student communities via WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
• Build and grow assigned student groups to 50–70+ members using college networks, classmates, friends, and relevant student communities.
• Share updates on internships, training programs, skill development initiatives, and job opportunities.
• Guide interested students on program details, eligibility requirements, and registration procedures.
• Conduct online outreach, follow-ups, and engagement activities to encourage student participation.
• Track group growth, outreach progress, and successful registrations.
• Coordinate with the internal team and submit regular progress reports.

Work Expectations

• Grow assigned student groups to at least 50–70+ members.
• Share accurate information and maintain active engagement.
• Encourage genuine participation in relevant programs.
• Follow company guidelines and maintain proper registration records.
• Achieve assigned outreach targets.

Qualifications

• College students, undergraduates, postgraduates, and freshers from any academic stream.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and online communities.
• Willingness to connect with students and expand college networks.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working remotely.
