Dishwasher, The Lodge

Key Responsibilities

• Use hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items.
• Ensure all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet specific health standards.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Clean the work area, including equipment, floors, walls, and the cooking area, maintaining organized kitchen wares storage.
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster.
• Clean and sanitize garbage cans.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Capacity to work cooperatively with others.
• Dishwasher (machine)
• Pot sinks
• Mops
• Brooms

Qualifications

• No experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to carry up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to place items above and below head height.
• Standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the shift.
• Occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms.
• Exposed to variable temperatures.

Shift details: Days, Evenings, Holidays, Weekends; 8hr shift.
